INTRODUCTION to 5 Star Client Policy
When we’re talking about selling with ease, we certainly want to make sure that we are attracting and having sales conversations with the RIGHT clients. Clients who energise us, are a dream to work with and allow us to do our best work.
I call these clients 5 star clients. These are the people who we’re meant to serve and who have ability to put our souls (and bank accounts) on fire.
Do you know who they are?
If not, it’s time to set your 5 Star Client Policy:
1. Make a comprehensive list of client qualities you will not accept; things that drain you energetically; or simply don’t allow you to do your best work. (For instance, “cancelling sessions at short notice”; “adopting victim mentality” etc.)
2. Write down the opposite of these qualities. (For instance, “shows up on time for her sessions”; “has a sense of personal responsibility” etc.)
3. Set an intention to work with clients who hold 5 star qualities day in day out. This could sound something like: “I’m so happy and grateful that I work day in day out with clients that… (add the list of positive qualities).”
Knowing who your 5 star client is, and focusing your marketing and sales activities around this client, will make a world of difference in your business!
